Job Title: Football Coach (Group Sessions and One-to-One)


Extra Time Advanced Football Coaching is a well-established football coaching business based in Swansea. We are dedicated to providing high-quality training sessions to young players in both group and one-to-one settings. We are currently seeking experienced and passionate football coaches to join our team and contribute to the development of our players.

Position Summary: We are hiring football coaches who will be responsible for conducting group training sessions and one-to-one coaching sessions. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with talented young players and play a vital role in enhancing their skills and overall football knowledge.
 

      Responsibilities:
 

• Plan, organize, and deliver engaging and dynamic group training sessions.

• Provide one-to-one coaching sessions, focusing on individual player development.

• Assess players' abilities and tailor coaching techniques accordingly.

• Create a positive and inclusive training environment that fosters teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game.

• Offer constructive feedback and guidance to players to help them improve their performance.

• Collaborate with other coaches to develop training programs and strategies.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during training sessions.

• Stay updated with the latest coaching methodologies and trends in football.
  
  Requirements:
   

• FAW C Licence or above.

• Previous experience coaching football at various levels.

• Strong knowledge of football training techniques and strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Enthusiasm and passion for working with young players.

• Own transportation is necessary, as sessions may take place at different locations.

• Valid first aid certification is preferred but not required.
