Service Description

The Academy Performance Small Group (2 Players) session provides one of the most intensive development environments available at Extra Time AFC. With only two players involved, sessions allow for maximum individual attention, repetition and coaching detail, creating an environment similar to academy individual development work. Led by Adam Morgan, UEFA B Licenced Coach and Director of Coaching, these sessions focus on developing technically excellent players who can perform under pressure in competitive matches. Training follows the Extra Time AFC methodology built around three core strands: • Ball Mastery Programme – developing confidence, coordination and control with both feet • 1v1 Duels – improving attacking creativity, bravery and defensive competitiveness • Small Sided Games – building decision-making speed and game intelligence Sessions replicate real match situations where players must receive the ball, scan the pitch, make quick decisions and execute technically under pressure. Players work on: • Dynamic ball mastery and close control • Passing and receiving under pressure • 1v1 attacking scenarios and beating defenders • Striking and finishing on the move • Speed of thought and execution The two-player format ensures an extremely high ball-to-player ratio, constant engagement and continuous learning. This session is ideal for academy players, high-level grassroots players and ambitious footballers committed to pushing their development further. Price is £35.00 per player for a 1-hour session.
