The Academy Performance Small Group (3 Players) session provides a high-performance training environment where players develop both technical quality and decision-making ability. With three players involved, sessions introduce more competitive situations, attacking combinations and decision-making scenarios, helping players translate technical ability into match performance. Led by Adam Morgan, sessions follow the Extra Time AFC player development methodology built around the Three Strands: • Ball Mastery Programme • 1v1 Duels • Small Sided Games Players will experience a training environment designed to replicate real match situations where speed of play, technical execution, and decision-making are essential. Session themes may include: • Passing combinations and movement • Attacking and Defending in 1v1 situations • Creating and Exploiting Overloads in 2v1 scenarios • Finishing and ball striking • Receiving under pressure • Decision-making in Attacking and Defending scenarios The small group format ensures players still receive detailed coaching feedback while benefiting from competitive training moments. This session is ideal for committed players who want to improve their technical performance and confidence in competitive match situations. Price is £28.33 per player for a 1-hour session.
