Service Description
The Academy Performance Small Group (4 Players) session creates a dynamic training environment where players develop their technical ability through competitive, match-realistic scenarios. With four players involved, sessions naturally allow for more game-based situations, transitions and competitive challenges, helping players apply their technical skills in realistic football contexts. Led by Adam Morgan, sessions follow the Extra Time AFC methodology, which focuses on: • Dynamic Ball Mastery • Competitive 1v1 Duels • Small Sided Game Scenarios Players are encouraged to think quickly, solve problems and develop confidence when receiving the ball under pressure. Training sessions include: • Ball Mastery and Technical Control • Passing and Receiving Combinations • 1v1 Attacking and Defending scenarios • Ball Striking and Finishing • Small-Sided Performance Games This format combines individual development with competitive training scenarios that help players improve their confidence, awareness, and effectiveness in matches. These sessions are ideal for players who want academy-style coaching while developing their performance in competitive environments. Price is £25.00 per player for a 1-hour session.

Cancellation Policy
There must be 24 hours' notice for cancellation of scheduled sessions and services. If 24 hours’ notice is not given, the full fee for that session will still stand. If you are late for a session, the session time may be cut short and the full fee will still apply.
